The Tioga County Landowners Group is now accepting members who own property in Tioga County. Membership will be open for a LIMITED time only so we encourage you to get your Landowner Questionnaire forms in today!
Please note, there is no minimum acreage required to become a member!
There is no cost to join the Tioga County Landowners Group and you are under no obligation to sign the gas lease the group develops.
The purpose of the Tioga County Landowners Group is to obtain the best possible gas lease compatible with our ownership goals. Other benefits of joining the Tioga Landowners Group include:
- Networking with other landowners in the area
- Being kept up-to-date on upcoming events and educational seminars
- Developing a lease that obtains the best terms to protect you, your property, and the environment and maximizes bonus payments and royalties

What Can You Do To Help?
- If you know of other landowners in Tioga County who might be interested in joining the Tioga County Landowners Group, then please forward the link to this webpage to them.
- The Tioga County Landowners Group is also seeking volunteers to help with group organization. We have a number of committees and volunteer activities that you can participate in as we continue to move forward. If you are interested in volunteering, then please send an email to tiogagaslease@aol.com.
- Download this Tioga Gas Lease Flyer and hang it up in public areas to help spread the word!
- Make copies of the Tioga County Landowners Group information sheet and give it to people you know.
- Share copies of the Tioga County Landowners Group Newsletter with friends and neighbors who do not have access to our webpage.
