Drilling companies have their own recipes so this list is not comprehensive or necessarily representative of the chemicals being used in the Southern Tier. When interpreting data from MSDSs, there are numerous other factors involved that must be taken into account including the concentration and quantity of the chemical(s) used, the physical form (liquid, solid, gas), the processes used with the chemicals, handling and storage, etc.
